Nature Centre Renovation Project

The Friends of Presqu'ile Park are launching a project to revitalize the Nature Centre at Presqu'ile Provincial Park. Part of that project will be to transform the garage into a 4-season classroom where educational nature programming can be delivered in cold or inclement weather. The classroom can also be used as a meeting room or a space for adult education classes.

Step 1: Demo Day!

In early June 2025, our Operations Director assembled a demo crew to remove the wall coverings in the garage of the Nature Centre. Great work, team!

Applefest 50/50 Draw

Brighton’s beloved Applefest is back from Thursday, September 25 to Sunday, September 28, and it’s packed with fun for the whole family! 

This year, the Friends of Presqu’ile are honoured to be the chosen recipients of the 50/50 draw at the Car Show on Saturday!

Proceeds will go directly to our “Garage to Greatness” campaign, supporting the transformation of our Nature Centre into a vibrant, interactive space for education and conservation.
