Join Us and You Could Win!

With a new year comes the opportunity to start or renew your membership with our organization. Memberships are valid January 1 to December 31. We rely on memberships to help support the work of the Friends.

Joining us makes a real difference for visitors and wildlife in our favourite park! When you support the Friends of Presqu'ile Park, you support our education, restoration, and environmental initiatives like Common Tern research and management at Presqu'ile.  We have helped make a real impact on the survival of these colonial waterbirds that breed in the park.

The Friends also support other important environmental programs such as the park nursery, tree planting and invasive species removal. Our operations team build and maintain viewing platforms, trails, and footbridges. Educational programs include support for the Nature Centre, Presqu’ile to You community outreach, and bursaries for deserving students. Visit our website to learn more about our activities: www.friendsofpresquile.on.ca.

Monarch butterflies gather together every fall
to start their migration to Mexico. One area they
come to is Presqu'ile Provincial Park where
milkweed, wildflowers and clover are aplenty.
