Nature Centre Renovation Project

The Friends of Presqu'ile Park are launching a project to revitalize the Nature Centre at Presqu'ile Provincial Park. Part of that project will be to transform the garage into a 4-season classroom where educational nature programming can be delivered in cold or inclement weather. The classroom can also be used as a meeting room or a space for adult education classes.

Step 1: Demo Day!

In early June 2025, our Operations Director assembled a demo crew to remove the wall coverings in the garage of the Nature Centre. Great work, team!

Applefest 50/50 Draw

The Friends of Presqu’ile were honoured to be the chosen recipients of the 50/50 draw at the Car Show at Brighton's 2025 Applefest festivities.

We raised $780 for our “Garage to Greatness” campaign, supporting the transformation of our Nature Centre into a vibrant, interactive space for education and conservation.
